Sales Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Development Manager to lead, mentor and expand a high‑performing B2B sales team. You will design and execute sales strategies, set ambitious targets and leverage tools such as Sales Navigator, Dripify and Apollo to accelerate revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and coach junior sales professionals to boost overall effectiveness.
• Set individual and team sales targets, provide regular feedback and monitor performance.
• Develop and implement B2B sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Continuously refine the sales process for greater efficiency.
• Introduce and manage sales technologies to improve productivity.
• Deliver sales training programs and track key metrics such as revenue growth and conversion rates.
• Identify, qualify and nurture leads through outbound prospecting and weekly sales shows.
• Conduct compelling presentations, product demos, negotiate contracts and close deals.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a record of exceeding targets.
• Exceptional closing ability and strong client rapport skills.
• Deep understanding of B2B sales methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
