About the role
NJTECHLAND LLC is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its fully remote team. You will be responsible for generating high‑quality leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments to support the sales organization.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate qualified leads and conduct initial discovery conversations.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies.
- Consistently follow up with leads to keep the pipeline active.
- Research target companies and decision‑makers.
Required profile
- Experience in inside sales, sales development, business development, or lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales prospecting tools (preferred).
- Knowledge of IT solutions, networking, infrastructure, or technical sales (highly preferred).
