Sales Manager – Regional Business Development

About the role

Spectra Gutter Systems is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across multiple regions. You will build new business, nurture existing customer relationships, and help expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers throughout the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Manage and grow customer accounts, supporting long‑term partnerships.
• Utilize CRM systems for tracking interactions, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and ongoing business development activities.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and distribution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support regional expansion initiatives and aggressive lead‑generation efforts.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Travel approximately 75% of the time, including occasional overnight trips.

Required profile

• 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, building materials, or construction products.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage a large territory.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
