About the role
The Site Sales Advisor is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of an assigned show site, ensuring smooth sales processes, high‑quality displays and excellent customer experiences. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will drive on‑site sales, manage leads and uphold compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable advice to customers, manage quotes, orders and system updates.
- Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and quality of all displays; inspect and report maintenance needs.
- Update marketing materials to align with brand standards.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, track leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Support seasonal capacity needs, promotional campaigns and internal projects.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal requirements and submit performance reports.
Required profile
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Required skills
- Proficiency with sales systems, CRM tools and digital technologies.
