Site Sales Advisor

About the role

The Site Sales Advisor is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of an assigned show site, ensuring smooth sales processes, high‑quality displays and excellent customer experiences. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will drive on‑site sales, manage leads and uphold compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable advice to customers, manage quotes, orders and system updates.
• Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and quality of all displays; inspect and report maintenance needs.
• Update marketing materials to align with brand standards.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, track leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Support seasonal capacity needs, promotional campaigns and internal projects.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal requirements and submit performance reports.

• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
