Salesforce Administrator – CPQ Specialist

About the role

The Salesforce Administrator Specialist will support a fast‑growing SaaS organization by delivering day‑to‑day user support, training, and system enhancements. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Service and Finance teams, the role ensures Salesforce platforms are configured to meet evolving business needs and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily end‑user support, training and proactive guidance to increase Salesforce adoption.
• Troubleshoot issues, build reports, optimise processes and maintain documentation and customisations.
• Partner with leadership to gather requirements, define technical specifications and configure solutions.
• Administer and customise core Salesforce apps (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, Communities) and manage user access.
• Design and maintain automated business processes using Flow.
• Lead CPQ initiatives – configure contracts, quotes, orders, products, pricing and related objects.
• Perform data imports, cleansing, deduplication and optimisation, and support integrations with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on project deliverables and research native or managed‑package solutions.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, solutions‑oriented professional with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and project management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on schedule.
• Willingness to travel domestically on rare occasions for meetings or events.
