About the role
We are looking for a Scheduler / Client Service Manager to coordinate reliable home‑care services for our clients. Working on‑site in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment, you will ensure caregiver shifts are covered, maintain continuity of care, and uphold agency standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client schedules and assign caregivers.
- Respond to call‑offs and arrange coverage promptly.
- Communicate schedule updates with clients and caregivers.
- Monitor open shifts and maintain caregiver continuity.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Track authorizations to avoid overages.
- Maintain accurate documentation in WellSky for payroll and billing.
- Participate in on‑call rotation to resolve after‑hours service issues.
Required profile
- Experience in home‑care operations.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong scheduling expertise and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with WellSky system.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
