About the role
Smile ID is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to drive high‑value sales of its digital identity and KYC solutions across Africa’s financial services and fintech sectors. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own end‑to‑end sales cycles and build strategic relationships with C‑suite stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing 6‑figure enterprise deals.
- Develop and maintain C‑suite relationships with compliance, risk, and digital transformation leaders.
- Maintain a clean pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and meet quarterly revenue targets.
Required profile
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in SaaS, fintech, regtech, or financial services.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise contracts and existing network within financial services and fintech.
- Clear, credible communicator at the C‑suite level.
- Self‑directed, comfortable operating autonomously.
