Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python & Angular/React)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design, development and delivery of high‑quality digital products. You will own the architecture of scalable backend services while guiding the creation of sophisticated Angular or React front‑ends.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend applications using Python, Django and Django REST Framework.
• Build secure, high‑performance RESTful APIs and integrate them with mobile, web and third‑party systems.
• Implement caching strategies with Redis to improve latency and support high‑traffic workloads.
• Develop and optimise database schemas, queries and models for relational databases.
• Lead the end‑to‑end development of web applications with Angular or React, writing clean TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers, fostering best‑practice coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, testing, deployment and monitoring to ensure production stability.
• Support incident resolution, root‑cause analysis and continuous performance optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong track record of designing and delivering scalable backend services.
• Hands‑on expertise with modern front‑end frameworks (Angular or React).
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members.
