Senior Java Backend Engineer (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong Java expertise to join a high‑impact engineering squad at Inallmedia.com. The role is fully remote, focused on building and scaling core backend systems that serve hundreds of millions of global job seekers and employers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build, and optimise distributed backend services handling massive real‑time queries and heavy data processing.
• Own end‑to‑end resolution of complex distributed data challenges, from concept through deployment.
• Integrate AI coding assistants into daily development to boost velocity while maintaining human‑in‑the‑loop quality control.
• Participate in architectural discussions, technical grooming and rigorous code reviews across Java and Kotlin codebases.
• Design and maintain robust data pipelines and batch processing jobs using Spring Batch or equivalent frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience focused on backend JVM architectures.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with high ownership and deliver production‑grade services.
• Comfortable communicating in English and collaborating across distributed teams.
