Senior Logistics Coordinator

About the role

EcoSafi is a fast‑growing renewable‑energy company that produces clean cooking pellets for African households. We are looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead and optimise our logistics, fleet, warehousing and inventory operations across all branches and depots.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimise end‑to‑end logistics to ensure efficient product movement.
• Develop distribution plans that improve delivery performance, reduce costs and boost customer satisfaction.
• Oversee route planning, dispatch and fleet utilisation, including fuel, maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory replenishment, stock movements and accuracy across the network.
• Support importation activities to ensure timely receipt and distribution of products.
• Monitor supply‑chain performance, analyse data and recommend process improvements.
• Provide oversight to warehouse operations, conduct stock counts and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, analytical and results‑oriented professional.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply‑chain or fleet management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross‑functional logistics teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
