Senior Software Engineer (On‑Site)

About the role
PrismHR is expanding its engineering team and seeks a senior full‑stack engineer to build and scale its flagship SaaS, mobile, and on‑premise HR products.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex single‑page applications and micro‑services.
- Lead system design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with QA and product teams to deliver high‑quality features.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
Required profile
- 5+ years of expert‑level JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
- Strong frontend expertise with Angular (mandatory) and experience with React or Vue.js.
- Solid backend experience in Node.js and Go.
- 10+ years overall software engineering experience with a desire to lead and mentor.
