Site Contracts Lead (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

Emerald Clinical Trials is seeking an experienced Site Contracts Lead to join its Project Management team. The role focuses on driving budget and contract activities with academic and commercial sites, ensuring smooth execution of clinical trials across multiple studies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead contract and budget development for multiple clinical studies.
• Serve as the primary contact for sites on all contract and budget matters.
• Negotiate site contracts and align them with sponsor expectations.
• Collaborate with clinical operations and project teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and change requests.
• Coordinate vendor activities and oversee site payment processes.
• Track and forecast project budgets, scope changes, and key milestones.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and support training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, SOPs, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer preferred.
• Prior experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or academic setting supporting clinical trials.
• Strong background in site contract and budget negotiation.
• Mandarin speaking skills are mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Good understanding of ICH‑GCP and clinical research regulations.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to fast‑paced environments.
