About the role
The Social Media Manager will own the digital footprint for the Twyford and Frencia brands across all major social platforms and the corporate websites. You will shape strategy, create engaging content, and drive audience growth while measuring performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop yearly, quarterly and monthly social media strategies and maintain a content calendar.
- Create, curate and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and website channels.
- Launch and manage social media campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions, ensuring timely and professional engagement.
- Oversee website content updates, applying SEO best practices to increase traffic.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly metrics (reach, impressions, engagement) and produce monthly CTR and CPC reports.
- Manage paid media budgets, campaign ROI and performance analysis.
- Stay current on social media tools, trends and best practices, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or a related field.
- Strong creativity, storytelling ability and data‑driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and collaborative attitude.
