About the role
The Social Media Manager will own the digital footprint for the Twyford and Frencia brands across all major social platforms and the company websites. You will shape content strategy, drive audience growth, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Key responsibilities
- Develop yearly, quarterly and monthly social media strategies and maintain a content calendar.
- Create, curate and schedule engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and website channels.
- Design and launch social media campaigns that support product launches and brand initiatives.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions, ensuring timely and professional interaction.
- Oversee website content updates, applying SEO best practices to increase traffic.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly metrics (reach, impressions, engagement) and produce monthly CTR and CPC reports.
- Manage paid media budgets, campaign ROI and performance analysis.
- Stay current on social media tools, trends and best practices, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Proven ability to create compelling storytelling content and analyze data‑driven results.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and deadline‑management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and collaborative attitude.
