Solar Products Sales Agent

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Sales Agent for solar products in Mombasa. The role covers selling solar inverters, power tanks, solar panels and energy storage solutions to both businesses and individual customers, with a salary of KShs 50,000-80,000 plus commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new B2B and B2C business opportunities and promote solar products.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, and prepare sales presentations for clients.
• Visit sites and assess client needs to recommend suitable solar solutions, then follow up leads and turn prospects into long-term customers.
• Build lasting customer relationships, provide after-sales support and handle inquiries.
• Maintain a client database, gather market intelligence and give feedback on competitors and customer preferences.
• Keep up to date on solar products and trends, educate customers on features and ROI, and work with the technical team on system design and installation planning.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, keep sales records and pipeline updated, and take part in sales meetings.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven sales experience in solar energy products, inverters, power tanks, solar panels and new energy batteries.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Willingness to travel when required; ladies are encouraged to apply.
