Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruiting Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring efforts across multiple departments. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys engaging with candidates and contributing to a positive recruitment experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support recruitment events and career fairs to strengthen employer branding.
• Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including interview logistics and candidate communications.
• Collaborate with HR and coordination teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Required skills
