Bilingual Talent Acquisition Sourcer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our HR team in Kenya. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging candidates for various functions, helping the company grow its talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in job fairs and talent acquisition events.
• Support administrative tasks related to the selection process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, full‑cycle hiring, high‑volume hiring, or HR generalist roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ / C1).
• Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
