About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our HR team in Kenya. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging candidates for various functions, helping the company grow its talent pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in job fairs and talent acquisition events.
- Support administrative tasks related to the selection process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, full‑cycle hiring, high‑volume hiring, or HR generalist roles.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+ / C1).
- Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and time‑management abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
