Tech Lead – Full Stack

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Tech Lead to drive the design, development and delivery of scalable full‑stack applications for our clients. The role combines technical leadership with active coding, mentoring offshore teams and ensuring high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design, development and delivery of full‑stack applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to offshore development teams.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of features and releases.
• Actively contribute as a developer, including coding, debugging and code reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes, CI/CD pipelines and engineering standards.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination across distributed global teams.

• Strong expertise in modern web technologies.
• Proven experience leading offshore development teams.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
