Business, IT & Management Internship

About the role

CM.com is offering a graduation internship starting in September 2026 for students in Business, IT or Management. You will join the Young Talent team, work on real projects and contribute to the AI‑powered Customer Engagement Platform that connects conversations, data and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of tools that improve internal efficiency.
• Assist product management teams in shaping new features and solutions.
• Analyse business processes and propose data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in the Connect, Pay, Live and Engage units.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme, preferably in the final year.
• Available for a minimum of 20 weeks starting September 2026.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Resides within commuting distance of Breda or Amsterdam and holds a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.
