Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver enterprise‑level assistance to our customers. In this role you will diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, guide installations, and ensure smooth operation of client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems for enterprise customers.
• Assist clients with installing applications and programs.
• Resolve network connectivity issues and configure operating systems.
• Utilize remote‑desktop tools to provide immediate support.
• Respond to client inquiries via email and chat for quick issue resolution.
• Handle more complex cases through phone calls and detailed written instructions or technical manuals.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Linux) are a plus.
• Strong desire to help users and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Reliability and trustworthiness to provide accurate, timely solutions.
