About the role
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver enterprise‑level assistance to our customers. In this role you will diagnose and resolve software, hardware and network issues while guiding users through installation and configuration of applications.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
- Resolve network connectivity issues and configure operating systems.
- Provide remote support using desktop‑sharing tools.
- Respond to client queries via email, chat and phone, delivering clear written instructions and technical manuals when needed.
- Assist customers with installing applications and programs.
Required profile
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Linux) are a plus.
- Strong desire to help people and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
