About the role
As a Territory Manager you will drive growth for L'Oréal’s world‑renowned beauty brands in the coastal region of Mombasa. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, managing distributor relationships, and delivering strong sell‑in and sell‑out performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead distributor management across the full lifecycle, from stock and order oversight to secondary sales performance.
- Achieve and exceed sell‑in and sell‑out turnover targets, reinforcing market leadership across all channels.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key customers and distributors, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate and execute sales programmes and in‑store activations to maximise ROI and brand visibility.
- Generate market insights to increase competitiveness and expand distribution footprint by channel, brand, and category.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of FMCG experience with a proven track record in sales strategy and territory management.
- Strong account‑management capabilities and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent analytical ability to turn data into actionable growth strategies.
- High organisational skills for handling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commitment to ethics and integrity.
