License Development & Projects Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a License Development & Projects Specialist to support our fast‑growing international licensing model. Working closely with the CEO and Executive Director, you will own the end‑to‑end license support process and help expand our football platform worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee lead generation channels and ensure target lead numbers are met.
- Maintain and update the license pipeline, conduct timely follow‑ups, set appointments and produce reports.
- Manage ad‑hoc projects and workstreams as directed by senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven experience in international B2B/B2C sales, lead generation and pipeline management.
- Background in international license or franchise development.
- Project management and administrative experience.
- Excellent English communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- Positive attitude, team player and passion for customer service.
