Travel Consultant

About the role

Kubali Tours & Travel Ltd is seeking a full‑time Travel Consultant to join its Nairobi office. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will coordinate end‑to‑end travel experiences, from itinerary planning to visa advisory, ensuring each client receives world‑class service.

Key responsibilities

• Process domestic and international air ticketing.
• Provide travel advisory and itinerary planning for tours and safaris.
• Offer visa advisory and assist with visa processing.
• Book local and international hotels, including safari accommodations.
• Manage safari planning and coordinate group or corporate travel arrangements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Tourism Management, Tours & Travel or equivalent.
• IATA or GDS training certificate.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a ticketing or travel consultant in a busy agency or airline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Required skills

• Galileo GDS platform.
• Amadeus GDS platform.
• Web fare management.
• IATA certification.
