About the role
We are looking for an experienced US Payroll Implementation Consultant to lead onboarding and configuration for international clients. The role is on‑site and offers a competitive salary.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding and implementation of new clients.
- Support US payroll setup and configuration processes.
- Review and validate employee and payroll information.
- Guide and train clients on platforms and processes.
- Troubleshoot payroll, data, and configuration issues.
Required profile
- Experience with US payroll.
- Experience working directly with US clients.
- Background in implementation, onboarding, payroll or account setup.
- Experience with payroll or HRIS platforms.
- Advanced English (C1 level) required.
Required skills
- Excel or Google Sheets.
- Payroll or HRIS platforms.
- Familiarity with PrismHR, Gusto, iSolved, PEO environments, or multi‑state payroll.
