US Payroll Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced US Payroll Implementation Consultant to lead onboarding and configuration for international clients. The role is on‑site and offers a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and implementation of new clients.
• Support US payroll setup and configuration processes.
• Review and validate employee and payroll information.
• Guide and train clients on platforms and processes.
• Troubleshoot payroll, data, and configuration issues.

Required profile

• Experience with US payroll.
• Experience working directly with US clients.
• Background in implementation, onboarding, payroll or account setup.
• Experience with payroll or HRIS platforms.
• Advanced English (C1 level) required.

Required skills

• Excel or Google Sheets.
• Payroll or HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with PrismHR, Gusto, iSolved, PEO environments, or multi‑state payroll.
