Waiters and Bar Tenders (5 Needed)

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring five waiters and bar tenders for a full-time hospitality position in Kitui-Mutomu. The role covers serving customers, preparing and serving drinks, and handling payments.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and take their orders accurately, giving information on available food and drinks
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and keep tables, service areas and equipment clean and organised
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, keeping the bar tidy and reporting low stock or damaged items
• Present bills accurately and process cash, mobile money or other approved payments
• Record orders correctly and report payment discrepancies to the supervisor
• Keep a clean, professional appearance and follow health and safety standards

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter, bartender or similar hospitality role is an added advantage
• Presentable, hardworking, reliable and customer-focused
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on flexible hours, weekends and public holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude

What we offer

• Pay of KShs 10,000 plus accommodation and meals
