Warehouse Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory records and supporting overall warehouse efficiency. This position works closely with the logistics team to maintain high standards of stock management and equipment upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments, including loading, unloading, and documentation.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Maintain accurate inventory data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• Maintain and inspect warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Assist with additional warehouse-related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or college degree in Logistics Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse management or operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related processes.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative team spirit.
• Forklift operation capability; a valid forklift certificate is a plus.
