Area Sales Executive

About the role

The Area Sales Executive will drive sales growth across the assigned Westlands region, acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts and expanding the distribution network for ENERGYHUT SOLUTIONS LIMITED.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the company’s sales strategy and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial and institutional markets.
• Recruit, onboard and support territory sales representatives and agents.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, resellers and key stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Plan daily routes, ensure optimal market coverage and keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Submit regular sales activity reports and provide market intelligence on competitors and trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or related field (or a Diploma with relevant experience).
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in B2C, FMCG, utilities, telecommunications or similar industry.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow a customer base.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
