Area Sales Manager – North Coast

About the role

Solar Panda is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead its North Coast operations. The role focuses on driving regional solar product sales, managing distribution networks, and leading field sales teams to achieve revenue and loan repayment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and drive the company’s sales strategy within the North Coast area.
• Lead and manage Field Sales Managers, Assistant Field Sales Managers, and Field Agents to meet set targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and ensure sustainable growth.
• Monitor customer repayment performance and support teams in maintaining company‑set levels.
• Conduct field visits to assess performance, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience leading sales teams, with strategic decision‑making capability.
• Proven experience working in rural areas, especially the North Coast region, is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong personal integrity and respect for customers and co‑workers.
