About the role

Pixel Systems is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join its fully remote software agency. You will act as the bridge between developers and clients, ensuring that project details are captured, organized, and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Organize task lists and track project milestones.
• Participate in weekly demos and document client feedback.
• Write clear internal documentation for new features.
• Create walkthrough videos to demonstrate completed admin panels.
• Coordinate with developers to provide necessary information.
• Assist in testing new features against project requirements.
• Manage delivery of final code, documentation, and assets.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills for emails and documentation.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable asking technical questions when needed.
