Business Development Executive – Healthcare Sales

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for Accurex by generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base across hospitals, clinics, doctors, insurance firms, NGOs, corporates, and rehabilitation centres.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Visit healthcare facilities daily to introduce services and medical equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, specialists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and discharge coordinators.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by presenting services, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products and services to existing clients.
• Maintain regular follow‑up visits, resolve client concerns, and identify repeat‑business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and recommend new products based on demand.
• Submit weekly reports covering visits, contacts, leads, quotations, sales, revenue, challenges and opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or healthcare sales.
