Business Development & Sales Executive – Cleaning Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development and Sales Executive to drive growth for our cleaning services division. You will be responsible for generating B2B contracts, building a robust sales pipeline, and delivering consistent results in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new B2B contracts within property management, real estate, facilities and corporate sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and field visits to negotiation, presentation and closing.
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Work independently to develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in property management, real estate, facilities management or commercial cleaning.
• Established network of contacts in the target sectors is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Willingness to conduct extensive field sales, prospecting and client visits.
