Change Relay – Drive 2030 (M/F)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Change Relay to support the DRIVE 2030 program in Kenya. Based in Nairobi and reporting to the Managing Director, you will help embed new processes, tools, and cultural shifts across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a deep understanding of the DRIVE 2030 ecosystem, its change strategies and project milestones.
• Onboard local teams to DRIVE 2030 initiatives (DRIVE, DECLARE, CARLO) through workshops, meetings and the central change kit.
• Coordinate and train the local network of DRIVE 2030 Ambassadors, ensuring they act as influencers and support daily change activities.
• Support HR and central teams in recruiting Deployment Officers and other key roles.
• Provide change‑related assistance to local project managers and adapt communication materials for the Kenyan context.
• Monitor adoption using surveys and feedback tools, escalating risks or resistance to the central change team.
• Maintain a strong on‑site presence during go‑live and hyper‑care phases to assist managers and users.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Kenyan operational processes and legacy systems.
• Experience with IT solutions and digital tools; familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
• Proven background in change management, stakeholder engagement and internal communication.
• Excellent listening, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with central and country teams.
• Fluent English speaker, based in Nairobi.
