Chat Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Chat Support Representative to engage with customers via live chat and other digital channels. In this remote position you will provide fast, accurate, and professional assistance while managing multiple conversations simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and digital support platforms.
• Provide clear, accurate, and courteous answers to questions.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve requests efficiently.
• Handle several chat sessions at once without compromising quality.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the relevant team.
• Follow up when additional information is required.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions.
• Report recurring issues and feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in chat support, customer service, call centre or a similar role.
• Strong written communication and comprehension skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
• Professional, patient, and customer‑oriented attitude.
