Customer Support Representative

About the role

Wing Assistant is developing AI‑enabled workforce solutions for growing businesses. As a Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out by email, chat or phone, ensuring they receive fast, friendly assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone, providing clear and courteous answers.
• Resolve common issues independently, such as billing questions, account status, and document requests.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team with detailed notes, ensuring customers never have to repeat themselves.
• Handle urgent situations quickly, alerting the right personnel and keeping the customer updated until resolution.
• Maintain accurate conversation logs and always inform customers of next steps and timelines.

Required profile

• Excellent written English with a warm, fast communication style.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer support, service, virtual assistance or BPO.
• Willingness to work US hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Calm under pressure, organized, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Reliable home internet, a quiet workspace and a backup internet plan.
