Customer Service Trainee/ Processor

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Trainee/Processor to join our team. The role begins with an intensive 6‑8 week training program to equip candidates with the skills needed to deliver exceptional customer support. Upon successful completion of training, successful candidates will transition into full‑time employment.

Key responsibilities

• Master customer service best practices, company policies, and develop proficiency in call handling and troubleshooting during the 6‑8 week training.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service via phone and web interactions, follow processing guidelines, incorporate Quality Control feedback and minimize errors.
• Complete assigned tasks, seek additional responsibilities, attend meetings, and participate in shadowing and training new team members.

Required profile

• Possess a Degree, Diploma or Certificate from an accredited institution.
• Hold a valid Certificate of Good Conduct issued within the past 6 months.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong asset.
• Show strong problem‑solving, active listening and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain impeccable attendance and punctuality.
