Chef de Partie – Culinary Specialist

About the role

Accor is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. You will be responsible for a specific kitchen station, delivering high‑quality dishes while supporting smooth kitchen operations in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and operate a designated kitchen section (e.g., sauces, grill, pastry).
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development to enhance culinary offerings.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations within your station.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with other chefs to maintain timely food service.
• Monitor inventory levels for your station and place orders when needed.
• Support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Participate in menu tastings and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.

Required profile

• Culinary diploma from a recognized culinary school.
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Proven expertise in a specific culinary station.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
• Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Valid food‑safety certification.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina for long hours standing in a high‑volume environment.
