Client Liaison & Production Specialist

About the role

The Client Liaison & Production Specialist provides real‑time support to client cardholders and accounting staff, handling inquiries via phone, text, and email. Working in‑office, the role ensures prompt, accurate service and helps maintain CASHet’s reputation for best‑in‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client calls, texts, voicemails and emails through Salesforce cases during business hours.
• Provide follow‑up on general questions, resolve basic issues, and route cases to the appropriate queue.
• Collect and document incident data, collaborating with team members and other departments as needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of CASHet systems, production accounting workflows, and partner systems.
• Represent CASHet positively in all communications and assist with special projects.
• Occasional after‑hours support on a rotating weekend schedule.

Required profile

• Positive, helpful attitude with respectful teamwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize cases, assess urgency, and determine appropriate escalation.
• Comfortable juggling multiple cases simultaneously.
