Client Relations Manager

About the role

St. Francis Community Hospital is recruiting a Client Relations Manager for its Marketing, Brand & Communications Department, reporting to the Head of Marketing, Brand & Communications. The role drives business growth by prospecting, negotiating and closing new revenue streams for B2B and B2C accounts while retaining existing customers, supporting the hospital's growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and deliver business development targets according to the sales plan: map and review prospects, attend pitch meetings and review engagement contracts.
• Carry out regular need-based market research to analyse products, services, competition and trends.
• Build and maintain business relationships with consultant doctors and the medical fraternity, insurance companies and corporate clients.
• Promote products, services, packages, plans, features and benefits to existing and prospective clients.
• Compile and maintain reports as needed to support decision-making.
• Guide, mentor, motivate and supervise the client relations team so they meet their tasks and performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, including business development and team management; health industry experience preferred.
