Client Service Officer

About the role

Citi is seeking a Client Service Officer to provide after‑sales support to its banking clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries via phone and email while ensuring service quality aligns with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients on a daily basis to resolve issues and answer questions.
• Collaborate with internal partners to obtain solutions and deliver timely responses.
• Advocate for process improvements and participate in root‑cause analysis.
• Manage a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and proper product training.
• Conduct analyses to address client needs and communicate resolutions clearly.
• Assess risk in business decisions and uphold compliance with Citi policies and regulations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant customer‑service or banking experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality service and build client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with investigative and risk‑management capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and within a team.
