Construction Finishing Foreman

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Finishing Foreman to lead all finishing activities on our Nairobi projects. The role involves supervising site labour, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring high‑quality workmanship throughout the construction process.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all finishing works on site, including gypsum, tiling, painting, SPC flooring, internal doors, wardrobes, cabinetry and sanitary fittings.
• Coordinate subcontractors and daily site operations to meet project schedules.
• Monitor material usage, minimise waste and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure works are completed within agreed timelines.
• Report progress, issues and quality concerns to project management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction finishing works.
• Proven experience with high‑rise residential or commercial projects (preferred).
• Diploma or certificate in Building Construction, Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Disciplined, organised and able to work under pressure.
