About the role
World Vision is seeking a consultant to lead the development of a General Comment on Water, Sanitation, Hygiene (WASH) and Nutrition. The role involves preparing foundational documents, facilitating stakeholder consultations, and producing a final draft for adoption by the ACERWC.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare an inception report and draft outline of the General Comment and present them to ACERWC and partners.
- Facilitate consultations with key informants, children, and young people; synthesize findings and produce a first draft of the General Comment.
- Collect feedback, develop a second draft, and present it to ACERWC for review.
- Participate in ACERWC sessions, coordination meetings, and validation workshops as required.
- Incorporate inputs to develop the final draft of the General Comment for adoption.
Required profile
- Diploma or Associate's degree.
- Open to local and international applicants.
