Quality Engineer (Medical Devices)

About the role

The Quality Engineer supports Medline's division by providing quality‑focused guidance to QA, PM, and Sourcing teams, ensuring projects meet both company and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure suppliers understand and comply with company and international standards for medical devices.
• Perform in‑line and finished‑product verification according to ISO 13485/9001.
• Collaborate with QA and PM to set testing parameters that minimize product failures.
• Conduct process audits, drive continuous improvement, and manage quality aspects of vendor projects.
• Lead root‑cause investigations, implement CAPA, and work with global teams to reduce complaints and rejections.

Required profile

• B.S. in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial Engineering or related medical‑device field.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, preferably with project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and detail‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Advanced MS Word and MS Excel skills.
• Experience using Adobe tools.
