Content Management Consultant – Bebbo Parenting Programme (Remote)

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a senior‑level Content Management Consultant to support the Bebbo Parenting Programme, a free, evidence‑based mobile application that guides caregivers from pregnancy through early childhood. The consultant will work remotely for an eight‑month fixed‑term contract, collaborating with the Global Programme Division and country teams to ensure high‑quality, multilingual content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and curate content in Bebbo’s Drupal‑based Content Management System.
• Coordinate translation and adaptation of health, nutrition, early learning, and protection guidance for multiple countries.
• Ensure content is age‑appropriate, evidence‑based, and aligned with UNICEF standards.
• Support country teams in uploading, testing, and monitoring content updates.
• Track content performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in communications, digital media, ICT, international development or a related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in digital content management, content operations or knowledge management.
• At least two years of experience supporting a consumer‑facing digital product, mobile app or web platform.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development (ECD) concepts is an advantage.
