About the role
The Associate will perform 2D and 3D LiDAR annotation and segmentation tasks for machine‑learning datasets. Working under defined SOPs, you will ensure high‑quality, accurate labeling that supports Fortune‑500 and academic clients. The position requires strong spatial reasoning and the ability to maintain consistency in a high‑volume production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute repetitive 2D/3D LiDAR annotation and segmentation tasks following SOPs and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain classification accuracy across object types and meet productivity targets.
- Identify recurring annotation errors or tool issues, escalating quality risks as needed.
- Suggest improvements to annotation tools, taxonomy, or workflow.
- Communicate clearly with peers, QA teams, and stakeholders in English, documenting issues accurately.
Required profile
- High attention to detail and strong spatial and logical reasoning abilities.
- Ability to sustain accuracy in repetitive workflows.
- Foundational understanding of quality control and misclassification detection.
- Strong English reading and writing comprehension for interpreting complex SOPs.
Required skills
- 2D LiDAR annotation
- 3D point cloud annotation
- Familiarity with annotation tools such as CVAT, SuperAnnotate, and Labelbox
- Understanding of bounding boxes, cuboids, and object tagging principles
- Ability to follow annotation taxonomies and perform basic object segmentation and classification
