Creator Growth Lead

About the role

HEKIMA is looking for a Creator Growth Lead to drive the acquisition and onboarding of digital educators, tutors, authors, coaches and other creators onto our platform. You will help new creators set up their online stores, make their first sales and become successful partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard educators, tutors, authors, coaches and other digital creators.
• Guide new creators through store setup, product upload and first‑sale processes.
• Produce or coordinate short TikTok, Instagram and YouTube videos that showcase how HEKIMA works and highlight creator success stories.
• Recruit, train and support HEKIMA ambassadors to expand creator outreach.
• Analyze the creator journey, pinpoint friction points and collaborate with product teams to improve the experience.
• Experiment with social media, partnerships, referrals, events and paid ads to attract new creators.
• Track metrics such as sign‑ups, active creators, sales and platform revenue and report progress regularly.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in creator acquisition, community building or digital marketing.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a focus on supporting creators.
• Ability to translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
