Digital marketer & cybercafé attendant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join Puya Lodge in Westlands, Kenya, combining digital marketing responsibilities with the day‑to‑day operation of our cybercafé. The role supports the promotion of our services online while providing excellent customer service to café patrons.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise online tools and social media platforms to promote and publicise the lodge’s services.
• Drive website traffic and generate leads to increase sales.
• Collaborate with management to define target audiences and develop online marketing strategies.
• Assist in monitoring revenue generated from digital marketing activities.
• Serve cybercafé customers with internet access, printing, binding, lamination and related stationery services.
• Provide assistance with e‑Citizen services such as license renewals, passport/visa applications, KRA PIN & returns, business permits, driving licences, HELB applications, and other online government services.
• Maintain accurate cybercafé records and generate regular reports.
• Ensure the cybercafé area remains clean, tidy and well‑organised.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 12 months of relevant experience.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
• Reliability and a customer‑service oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
• Basic computer literacy, including internet browsing and office software.
• Ability to operate printing, binding and lamination equipment.
