UGC Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative UGC Content Creator to produce short‑form videos and photos that showcase student life, courses, and campus events. You will act as the on‑camera personality for Medprime, engaging students, parents, and professionals across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form videos and photos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and similar platforms.
• Develop concepts, scripts and storyboards for student‑focused UGC such as testimonials, course explainers and FAQs.
• Present on camera, conduct student interviews and participate in trending challenges while maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to identify trending sounds, formats and hashtags.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and help grow reach, engagement and follower numbers.
• Produce content with clear calls‑to‑action to promote courses, intakes, events and campus visits.
• Track performance of each piece of content and its impact on enquiries and admissions.
• Shoot and edit videos using tools like CapCut, Canva or equivalent, adding captions, hooks, transitions, music and branding.
• Organise and maintain a searchable content library.
• Capture authentic campus experiences, obtain consent and ensure compliance with privacy standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Communications or a related field.
• At least 12 months of proven experience creating social‑media or UGC content.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong creativity, storytelling and video‑editing capabilities.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
