Customer Service Representative – French (Tire Support)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Tire Support Specialist to join our Nairobi call centre. In this fast‑paced position you will deliver high‑quality assistance to consumers, tire installers and wholesale distributors, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound voice calls, live chats and email requests professionally.
  • Provide tire‑related information, order support and troubleshooting across multiple channels.
  • Record interactions and update customer data in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with team leaders, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Achieve performance KPIs and adhere to service standards.

Required profile

  • 6‑12 months of customer‑service experience, preferably in a call‑centre environment.
  • Fluent French (C1) and strong English (C1+) communication skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly and work under pressure.
  • Sales or retention experience is a plus; Spanish language skills are optional.
